From ExceptionalCommerce.com
Welcome to Dan Coleman's ExceptionalCommerce.com. This site is something between a blog, a wiki and an online notebook. The content, surprisingly enough, is all about eCommerce which is an industry that I work in and spend a lot of time thinking about. I figured it was worth getting some of this down on virtual paper.

How it works
I've got a fair bit of experience but I'll be the first to admit I don't know everything. The beauty of the wiki format is it's really easy to revise, expand and otherwise improve existing articles. So when reading anything on here bear in mind that any published article is not necessarily ever finished and may be extended, expanded or corrected as I see fit. Keep an eye on the latest changes below.
Where it diverges from standard wiki format and heads into blog territory is that you lot can't edit it. Sorry but this needs to be my content and those of certain trusted contributors. So if you spot mistakes or want to otherwise get involved you'll need to contact me. I don't bite.
And finally some of the stuff on here is simply an aide-mémoire - links and snippets of information that I may want to keep for future reference.
